Pilot Mentorship Program for 18–24-year-olds teaching soft skills in partnership with Mendocino College.

Each year the LCCC champions projects in the county. This year one of those projects is the Year of Youth (YoY). YoY has three different inaugural programs – including the mentorship program. The mentorship program is a six-week program that kicks off on September 24 with seminars taught by Mendocino College professors. The LCCC aims to match business and community leaders in Lake County to coach recent high school graduates, college students, and other Lake County residents aged 18-24. Only 15 mentees and 20 mentors will be selected for this exciting pilot mentorship program!

If you, or anyone you know, would like to be a mentor or mentee, please email
