DON SMITH - ADVENTIST HEALTH CLEAR LAKE
PRESIDENT (2024 - 2026)
Don Smith is the Director of Well-Being at Adventist Hospital Clearlake, responsible for cultivating a culture of health and resilience within the hospital and extending its impact into the broader Lake County community. In his capacity as Board President of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Don provides strategic leadership focused on economic vitality and quality of life. Representing Adventist Health Clear Lake on the LCCC he brings a healthcare perspective that sees economic opportunity and vitality as integral part of the health of Lake County. He is a passionate advocate for inspiring health, wholeness and hope with a strong vision for collaborative community progress, guiding the Chamber in its mission to support and strengthen the local business landscape.

Robert Boccabella- Business Design Services
PRESIDENT-ELECT (2025 - 2027)
Robert Boccabella brings decades of leadership, entrepreneurial insight, and community commitment to his role as President-Elect of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. A Certified Interior Designer, Robert founded Business Design Services in 1983 in Petaluma and relocated to Lake County in 2010. He is a Certified Tourism Ambassador and was in the original graduating class in 2015.
Robert has a long history of service on nonprofit Boards of Directors, including multiple Chamber Boards. He served as President of the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce, where his leadership helped strengthen local business engagement and community development.
Passionate about supporting Lake County’s business community, Robert looks forward to fostering stronger connections, advocating for members, and ensuring the Chamber remains a powerful resource for local economic success.

DIANE PLANTE - TOMKINS TAX CONSULTANTS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (2024 - 2026)
Diane has been a resident of Lake County for over 50 years. After graduating from Cal State University, Sacramento she received her CPA license and joined her father, John Tomkins, practicing tax, payroll and bookkeeping services at Tomkins Tax Consultants, Inc. Currently she serves as the Board President for the Upper Lake School District, Board Treasurer for the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Board Treasurer for Hospice Services of Lake County, and other local organizations.

ALEX NUÑEZ - NALAS CLEANING EXPERTISE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (2023 - 2025)
Alex Nuñez moved to Lake County in April of 2021. She previously worked as an at-home medical interpreter, then moved north and started Nala's Cleaning Expertise in Santa Rosa. Alex took a job in Lakeport and decided to move her headquarters to Lake County. She's met incredible people and has felt welcomed in the community since day one.
Alex's goals for the future include growing her company, and eventually being able to hire a full staff. She and her company are currently sponsoring a young woman near and dear to her heart to go to university. Alex hopes to continue this legacy in the future for other low income children with good grades that want to better their lives.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Rotary Club of Lakeport.

KENDALL FULTS - FULTS FAMILY VINEYARDS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS - (2025 - 2027)
Kendall Fults is a retired RN healthcare executive who was born in Norton, KS on April 28, 1953 and grew up on the homesteaded family farm and cattle ranch. He attended K-8 District #2 McCarty School, a one room school his father and grandparents attended and received his high school education from Platte Valley Academy, Shelton, Nebraska, graduating in 1971. Kendall obtained his RN diploma from Bryan School of Nursing in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1981 after taking college work at Kearney State College, University of Nebraska and Union College.
Kendall began work at St Elizabeth Hospital Burn Center in 1981-1985 and through training became a burn trauma flight nurse until 1986 when he began working for Adventist Health in Hanford, CA. As an Emergency Room nurse. Starting an administrative career in 1988 by developing an Occupational Health program (Jobcare) for Hanford Community Hospital and holding many positions including, Marketing Director, start up of Charitable Foundation, executive of Kings Heath Medical Group and hospital ancillaries, development of Rural Health Clinic network, which is now second largest in America, COO of Central Valley General Hospital which was acquired by Hanford Community Medical Center in 1998. Kendall was asked to interview for the CEO of Adventist Health’s Redbud Community Hospital after filling in as interim CEO in 2001 and served in this role until 2005 when he was asked to return to Hanford to assist the executive team to build a new hospital there. The new hospital was finished in 2010 and Kendall retired from Adventist Health in 2017 after overseeing the outpatient services as Sr. VP of the four network hospitals, Adventist Health -Selma, Adventist Health -Reedley, Adventist Health -Hanford and Central Valley General Hospital.
Kendall received the prestigious Willard Bridwell in 2016 awarded for humanitarian service.Kendall and his wife Allison are now retired in Lake County where they are enjoying time with grand children Lola , Kenlee and Cru and helping his son Dustin with the development of Fults Family Vineyards.
For fun Kendall enjoys serving at Rotary as a board member and past Rotary President of Hanford Rotary Club, Rotary member since 1990, past board member for Lake County Fire Protection District, board member of Lake County Wine Association and member of Adventist Health-Clearlake community board. Kendall enjoys designing and fabricating custom stained glass windows and instructing students in the art.

Weston Siefert - Saw Shop Public House
BOARD OF DIRECTORS - (2025 - 2027)
Weston & his wife Terra moved from St Paul, MN to Kelseyville in 2008 for the opportunity to start a family in a smaller community. They have two kids that attend school in the Kelseyville School District.
Weston Seifert is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with a proven track record of success in the Restaurant Hospitality industry. With 30 years of experience, Weston Seifert has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and impactful contributions. In Jan of 2020 Weston & Terra purchased the Saw Shop Gallery Bistro from Marie Beery and opened the Saw Shop Public House in downtown Kelseyville.
Weston is passionate about the Restaurant Hospitality industry and advocating for Lake County Small Businesses and making Lake County a great place to operate a small business.
Along with the honor of serving on the Lake County Chamber of Commerce Board he also sits on the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay Regional & Executive Boards and the Kelseyville Unified School District Board.

GREG FOLSOM
BOARD OF DIRECTORS (2025 - 2027)
I have been a Lake County property owner since 2015 and held the job of City Manager for the City of Clearlake from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2024 I was the City Manager of Suisun City in Solano County, but maintained my home here in Lake County with the intention of retiring here some day. "Some day" came in 2023 and my wife and I sold our home in Solano County in 2024 and returned to Lake County to live our best lives in retirement. I have nearly 30 years of experience in government, including 20 years in Economic Development roles with a large city and a large county. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from USC.

Alyssa Mingo - BiCoastal Media

Alyssa is an Account Executive with Bicoastal Media, where she combines her background in sales, journalism and video production to help local businesses since 2021. In her role, she develops customized marketing strategies, helping them connect with audiences across six regional radio stations, social media, streaming platforms, organized events and digital campaigns. All tailored to their individual goals, budget, and season.
Known for her relationship-driven approach, she takes pride in understanding the heart of each business and crafting strategies that reflect their unique story. Acting as the bridge between business owners and Bicoastal Media’s creative teams.
Some of her proudest contributions include - finding forever homes for sheltered animals, spreading awareness for Behavioral Health programs, strengthening youth career opportunities and raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
With deep family roots in Lake County, mother’s connection with FFA and a passion for community connection, she is honored to serve on the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

Lora Horn, MSN, MHA, BSN, CENP - Sutter Lakeside Hospital

Lora Horn is an accomplished nurse executive with over 25 years of leadership in healthcare. She currently leads nursing operations at Sutter Lakeside Hospital, driving innovation, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. Known for her strategic vision and operational expertise, Lora has successfully led major initiatives in a variety of healthcare settings. She is a certified Nurse Executive and active contributor to regional and national nursing leadership organizations. Her dedication to excellence and community health makes her a valuable asses to the Lake County Chamber Board. Lora enjoys traveling, cooking and reading in her spare time.
