Cache Creek Catering and Lake County Wine Studio are presenting a monthly food and wine series featuring gourmet appetizers paired with select Lake County wines.
March 9 welcomes the return of Japanese Cuisine by Kizuna Fusion paired with white varietals and a dessert wine from Brassfield Estate. Adding to the ambiance of the evening, will be David Neft tickling the ivories of his keyboard. Due to the popularity of this style of cuisine, the event hours are being extended for reservations beginning at 4:30 and a last seating at 8:00 PM.
The first pairing will be assorted Maki Sushi with Brassfield Sauvignon Blanc. The second course will be Tempura of Onion, Sweet Potato and Shrimp paired with Brassfield Pinot Grigio. The dessert course will be Ginger Crisps w/ Lemon Mousse paired with Brassfield's Late Harvest Riesling.
April 13 will feature spring favorites with produce from Finch Gardens and locally farmed lamb paired with Gregory Graham wines.
